LIFE+2008 : approvati 196 progetti di cui 39 italiani

La Commissione europea ha approvato il finanziamento dei nuovi progetti nell'ambito del secondo invito a presentare proposte per LIFE+ (2007-2013), il programma europeo per l'ambiente. Di tutti i progetti presentati, oltre 600 da tutta Europa, nell’ambito delle tre componenti del programma, cioè LIFE+ Natura e biodiversità, LIFE+ Politica e governance ambientali e LIFE+ Informazione e comunicazione, sono stati selezionati solo 196 progetti e di questi 39 sono italiani, a conferma del fatto che l’Italia è il Paese europeo con il più alto numero di progetti selezionati.

Lisbon Treaty: the new treaty will enter into force soon

The Czech president, Vaclav Klaus, signed on behalf of his country to the Act di ratifica del trattato di Lisbona il 3 novembre, solo alcune ore dopo che la Corte Costituzionale ha giudicato che il nuovo trattato non è contrario alla Costituzione del paese e che la ratifica, votata in precedenza, è valida. La repubblica ceca sarà dunque l’ultimo dei 27 stati membri a depositare il suo strumento di ratifica a Roma. Ciò consentirà di far entrare in vigore il nuovo trattato a dicembre/gennaio prossimo. La Presidenza svedese dell’Ue dovrebbe nei prossimi giorni annunciare una riunione straordinaria del Consiglio europeo per decidere le nomine per gli incarichi previsti dal trattato stesso: Presidente permanente del Consiglio europeo e Alto rappresentante per gli affari esteri.

La Commissione europea ha pubblicato le sue previsioni economiche d’autunno (in inglese) confermando il ritorno progressivo della crescita in Europa.L’uscita dalla recessione si conferma per il secondo semestre 2009; il Pil, però, dovrebbe diminuire del 4%. Italy was elected Oct. 26 in New York as a member of the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations for the years 2010-2012. Among the four competing countries - Belgium, the United States and Canada, including their elected representatives. Italy is ranked first with 179 votes. The Economic and Social Council is the highest United Nations body responsible for the economic, social, cultural, education and health, human rights and fundamental freedoms. This input will increase the role of Italy in the Council not only himself but, more generally, the entire UN system.

Commissione Europea: si agli aiuti del governo italiano alla "produzione verde"

Sono stati approvati dalla Commissione europea gli aiuti del governo italiano ai "prodotti verdi" ai sensi dell'art. 6 del D.P.C.M. 3 giugno scorso 2009. Dal momento della pubblicazione sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale dell'Unione Europea e, fino a tutto il 2010, le amministrazioni pubbliche potranno avviare programmi di finanziamento in forma di prestiti a tasso agevolato per favorire investimenti per lo sviluppo di nuove tecnologie che contribuiscano in modo sensibile e permanente all’innalzamento dei parametri di rispetto ambientale.

Il 1°ottobre la Banca europea per gli investimenti e la Cassa depositi e prestiti hanno firmato un contratto per finanziare gli investimenti di Autostrade per l'Italia destinati all'ampliamento del tratto Firenze-Bologna della A1. In base all'accordo, EIB provides funding up to € 500 million which will contribute to the realization of new works (whose total cost is estimated at around € 3 billion). For the decongestion of traffic expected around Florence and to streamline traffic in the Apennine stretch of the A1, the positive effects on the environmental impacts and the implications for employment policies under the operation comes to infrastructure funding outlined by the Commission of the union European Union.
Rural Economy: European funding for the revitalization of the rural economy

The Tuscany Region will receive 'by the EU of € 18.5 million, which will add national public funding to make new investments to revitalize the rural economy in the region. The Tuscan Archipelago National Park will participate in the project Momar (maritime surveillance) which launches a cross-border cooperation for environmental protection sea \u200b\u200band involves Tuscany, Sardinia and Corsica. The European Union has assigned the lead role in the Tuscany Region to coordinate many operations to be financed under the Operational Programme Cross Border Maritime Italy-France. Si terrà a Lucca il 12 e 13 novembre the international conference "European Voluntary Service. The research as a tool for" sponsored and organized by CNV, Cesvot, CSVnet and Tuscany. A chance to compare the different situations and experiences of the European voluntary, which responds to the need both to overcome prejudices about the diversity of "Volunteering in Europe, is promoting a common language based on key concepts related to solidarity and subsidiarity, characteristic of European culture and its various volunteer roles "expected" or actually carried out. In particular, we intend to deepen the analysis of voluntary action in building social cohesion, the legislative / regulatory in cui opera nei diversi contesti sociali, delle diverse metodologie di misurazione dell’impatto sociale ed economico. Dall’analisi infatti emergono elementi che potranno costituire la base delle scelte su cui sviluppare, in un percorso comune, le opportunità del 2011, anno europeo del volontariato.

Programma Gioventù in azione: azione 4.6 Partenariati
È in scadenza il bando relativo all’azione 4.6 del programma “Gioventù in azione” il cui scopo principale è sostenere i partenariati tra la Commissione europea e le regioni, municipalità e/o ONG che intendono elaborare o consolidare le loro azioni e strategie nel campo dell’apprendimento non formale e della gioventù.
Le proposte possono essere presentate da un ente locale o regionale o ente senza fini di lucro attivo a livello europeo nel settore gioventù che possiede organizations involved in at least eight countries participating in the Youth in Action ".
The total budget allocated for the financing of projects under this call is estimated at € 1.2 million, the maximum grant allocated to each project can not exceed 100 000 €.

Initiative "Entrepreneurship European Region"
