Sfregiata la foto della Immacolata concezione della mostra sulla visibilità trans "Generi di prima necessità'" in esposizione in via Lagrange a Torino
Una svastica e una croce celtica sulla foto della Immacolata concezione. Un atto vigliacco e inutile i cui responsabilli speriamo siano accertati, ma che arriva dopo le parole del capogruppo del PdL Ravello e la polemica scatenata dalla destra. Sarà un caso che proprio quella foto sia stata presa di mira? Sarà un caso che siano stati usati dei simboli nazi-fascisti? Crediamo che esistano responsabilità politiche, ma delle quali nessuno risponderà, ovviamente... Questo gesto si ascrive in un clima di odio e intolleranza verso le persone transessuali che pervade il nostro Paese. La sconfortante sequela del caso Marrazzo, il suicidio nel CIE, il ritrovamento del cadavere ai bordi del Tevere, il modo in cui la politica e alcuni media trattano questi argomenti... Noi la consideriamo un'emergenza civile, una tragedia che avviene nel silenzio generale perché tanto le persone trans sono considerate cittadini di serie Z, emarginati/e che si meritano ciò che accade loro. Non abbiamo molti strumenti per fermare questa mattanza, ma continueremo a presidiare coi nostri corpi e con le nostre consciences that will not happen again.

Art. 1 La rettificazione si fa in forza di sentenza del tribunale passata in giudicato che attribuisca ad una persona sesso diverso da quello enunciato nell'atto di nascita a seguito di intervenute modificazioni dei caratteri sessuali. (*)
Art. 2 La domanda di rettificazione di attribuzione di sesso di cui all'articolo 1 è proposta con ricorso al tribunale del luogo dove ha residenza l'attore. Al giudizio partecipa il pubblico ministero ai sensi dell´articolo 70 del codice di procedura civile. Quando è necessario, il giudice istruttore dispone con ordinanza l'acquisizione di consulenza intesa ad accertare le condizioni psico-sessuali dell'interessato. Con la sentenza che accoglie la domanda di rettificazione di attribuzione di sesso il tribunale ordina all'ufficiale di stato civile del comune dove fu compilato l'atto di nascita di effettuare la rettificazione nel relativo registro.

La riunione ha visto l'approvazione di un documento nel quale le Regioni rivendicano il riconoscimento del loro ruolo nel governo del territorio e nelle azioni intraprese per fronteggiare la crisi e chiedono maggiore coordinamento con le politiche nazionali ed europee. Nel suo intervento Martini ha sottolineato l'importanza di un “patto territoriale” fra le Regioni e l'Unione Europea.

LIFE+2008 : approvati 196 progetti di cui 39 italiani

La Commissione europea ha approvato il finanziamento dei nuovi progetti nell'ambito del secondo invito a presentare proposte per LIFE+ (2007-2013), il programma europeo per l'ambiente. Di tutti i progetti presentati, oltre 600 da tutta Europa, nell’ambito delle tre componenti del programma, cioè LIFE+ Natura e biodiversità, LIFE+ Politica e governance ambientali e LIFE+ Informazione e comunicazione, sono stati selezionati solo 196 progetti e di questi 39 sono italiani, a conferma del fatto che l’Italia è il Paese europeo con il più alto numero di progetti selezionati.

Sono stati approvati dalla Commissione europea gli aiuti del governo italiano ai "prodotti verdi" ai sensi dell'art. 6 del D.P.C.M. 3 giugno scorso 2009. Dal momento della pubblicazione sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale dell'Unione Europea e, fino a tutto il 2010, le amministrazioni pubbliche potranno avviare programmi di finanziamento in forma di prestiti a tasso agevolato per favorire investimenti per lo sviluppo di nuove tecnologie che contribuiscano in modo sensibile e permanente all’innalzamento dei parametri di rispetto ambientale.

È in scadenza il bando relativo all’azione 4.6 del programma “Gioventù in azione” il cui scopo principale è sostenere i partenariati tra la Commissione europea e le regioni, municipalità e/o ONG che intendono elaborare o consolidare le loro azioni e strategie nel campo dell’apprendimento non formale e della gioventù.
Le proposte possono essere presentate da un ente locale o regionale o ente senza fini di lucro attivo a livello europeo nel settore gioventù che possiede organizations involved in at least eight countries participating in the Youth in Action ".
